Managing your Account

Your portfolio is shown in the open positions folder near the bottom of the trading platform.

You can click on the '+' sign next to any of the contract names in the open positions folder to see the trade details including any attached stop orders on that contract. Closed trades for today are also listed in the closed positions folder. If you want to see all bets these are listed in the 'Trade History' folder.

Your Cash Balance, Margin Reserved, Liquidation Value, Trade Funds Available and running profit or loss are displayed at the top of the trading page.

Log in and click on the Your Account section, then select Withdraw Funds. Take me to the Withdraw Funds page now.

Log in and visit the "Change Password" section.

If you have forgotten or lost your password please either click on the 'Forgot your password?' link below the login button or email customer service at customerservice@etxcapital.co.uk

Log in as an investor and click the 'Add Funds' button in the account information panel. Take me to the Add Funds page now.

Log in as an investor and click on the 'Your Account' tab. Then click on the 'Withdraw Funds' button and this will prompt you through the withdrawal procedure. Take me to the Withdraw Funds page now.
