How to introduce your friend

All you need to do is ask your friend to email customerservice@etxcapital.co.uk and indicate that you referred them and include your full name and email address.

Terms & conditions

1. In order to participate in our Refer a Friend Scheme you must have an active account with us that has been funded and you must have placed at least three (3) round turn bets or trades.
2. The referred friend must be a new client of ETX Capital and must not have previously held an account at ETX Capital or TradIndex.
3. Referred friend applications are subject to status, credit, verification and appropriateness checks. All applicants must be 18 years old or over.
4. Each referred friend must email customerservice@etxcapital.com and indicate that you referred them and include your full name and email address. That email must be received by us within one (1) calendar month of our opening your friend’s account.
5. A referred friend account will not be included in this promotion if they received other inducements to open the account including, but not limited to, “safety nets” or “cash back” offers.
6. The referred friend must fund the account and place at least one (1) spread bet or CFD trade on their account within one (1) calendar month of opening.
7. If you qualify you will receive the account credit at the end of the calendar month after the friends application is successful and they have traded.
8. Account credits cannot be withdrawn.
9. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you or your friend as a result of trading in relation to this promotion. Spread betting and CFD trading are high risk and it is possible to lose more than your initial investment.
10. A friend can only be referred to us once, and cannot be re-introduced for you or another account holder.
11. We are the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under this promotion.
12. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at anytime without notice.
13. We reserve the right to withhold this offer when, in our reasonable belief, there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets/trades from the same source, or we have a reasonable belief that this offer is being abused in any way.
14. No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible for this offer
15. Exceptions to these rules are at the sole discretion of ETX Capital management, and our decision is final.
